John has been leading and instructing people for over 30 years. From his days as a United States Marine, to student body president in college, John has been helping others navigate the perilous road of creating teams and leading people.

For the past 15 years, John has written business and training curriculum. He has utilized his unique perspective as a business trainer to engage with leaders on how to partner with their people. His unique background and formal education, provide business leaders an innovative perspective on how to harness their people. John has consulted with organization across the US inspiring them to rethink the importance of people.
